We plan to construct a key environmental protection supporting project with a capacity of 500,000 Nm³/h for dry flue gas desulfurization to treat industrial sulfur-containing flue gas, achieve ultra-low SO₂ emissions, and support environmental compliance, green production, and regional air quality improvement. This project adopts advanced and mature dry process technology suitable for the main production unit's requirements. We are now bidding to select qualified partners to provide full-process integrated technology and engineering services, with specific requirements as follows:

1. Technical Support and Patent Authorization: Provide complete set of core dry desulfurization technology suitable for this scale and comprehensive technical support to ensure desulfurization efficiency ≥98%; Grant legal usage rights for related core technology patents and provide authorization documents to avoid infringement risks, while also providing supporting services such as technical disclosure and personnel training.

2. Full-Process Engineering Design: Responsible for basic engineering design and detailed construction drawing design, following relevant specifications, completing core work such as process package preparation, equipment selection, general layout, and construction drawings for various facilities, issuing qualified design documents, and coordinating with design disclosure and changes.

3. Equipment Procurement Services: In accordance with project scale and process requirements, complete selection of core and auxiliary equipment and supplier screening, assist us in procurement negotiations and quality inspection, control equipment quality, coordinate with equipment transportation and handover, and ensure timely delivery.

We require the partner to have relevant experience in dry desulfurization projects of this scale or larger, coordinate all services, ensure quality and progress, help us achieve the core goals of environmental compliance and stable operation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

This project addresses the process technology and engineering construction requirements for a 200,000 tons per year soda ash plant in Kazakhstan and is a key construction project for our company in 2025. The project is located in a key chemical industrial park in Kazakhstan, with an estimated total investment of approximately 1.8 billion RMB.
The main services provided by the project include:
1. Providing advanced soda ash process technology and patent licensing, optimizing the process flow of the equipment, and resolving issues related to raw material adaptability, energy consumption, and production capacity bottlenecks.
2. Completing the entire process engineering design work, including process package design, basic engineering design, and detailed construction drawing design.
3. Providing support services for core equipment selection, technical negotiations, and procurement to ensure stable, efficient, and long-cycle operation of the equipment.

This project is for the process optimization and construction technical requirements of a 120,000 tons per year needle coke project in Iran. It is one of our company's key construction projects for 2025. The project is located in a key chemical industrial park in Iran, with an estimated total investment of approximately 1.5 billion RMB.
The main contents of the project include:
1. Introducing advanced needle coke production process technology and patent authorization to break through existing production bottlenecks and improve product quality and unit operation stability.
2. Completing full process design, construction drawing design, and key equipment selection and procurement technical service work.

We are the bidding party for the project and plan to construct the Russian cyanide salt process package project. Based on the local chemical industry foundation and market demand in Russia, we focus on the production of core cyanide salt products and provide a complete set of process package services. We not only meet the compliance needs of cyanide salt in the fields of mining and smelting, chemical intermediates, etc. in Russia, but also strictly follow local chemical safety and environmental regulations and international standards. We deepen practical cooperation in the chemical industry between China and Russia, and help upgrade the compliance of the local chemical industry.
The core service requirements of this project revolve around the cyanide salt process package. We have determined the cooperating unit through bidding and require them to provide integrated process package supporting services. The core service content is as follows: providing cyanide salt production core technology and patent authorization that is suitable for the scale of the Russian project, strictly following the "Cyanide Safety Production Management Regulations" and local safety standards in Russia, optimizing the process plan, and solving key issues such as safety prevention and control, abnormal working condition disposal, and environmental compliance in the production of highly toxic chemicals; Complete the full process design of the process package, covering basic design, detailed design, with a focus on strengthening safety protection, waste gas and wastewater treatment, hydrogen cyanide temperature control, and other design contents to ensure compliance, safety, and feasibility of the process package; Assist us in completing equipment selection guidance related to the process package, ensuring seamless compatibility between equipment performance and the process package, and guaranteeing safe, efficient, and compliant production in the future of the project.
