1. This platform serves as an information display hub for chemical engineering services along the Silk Road. It solely provides information relay and display services for supply and demand parties in the chemical engineering industry. It does not act as an advertiser or content producer and does not provide any explicit or implicit guarantees or endorsements for information supplied by any registered service providers or third parties.

2. Service provider information displayed on this platform, including but not limited to corporate qualifications, service capabilities, and performance cases, is either independently published by users or sourced from public channels such as the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. The platform only performs formatting and standardization; it has not made substantive modifications to the authenticity, accuracy, or compliance of the content. All legal liabilities for the information shall be borne by the information provider or the corresponding service provider.

3. This platform has implemented  compliance review mechanism to pre-intercept prohibited terms under the "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China" and other illegal or sensitive words. However, due to technical limitations and the volume of information, it is impossible to completely eliminate content omissions. Any related expressions appearing within the platform do not imply the platform's endorsement of their validity.

4. Any entity or individual who discovers illegal content, false advertising, or infringing content on the platform has the right to submit a written notice to us through the complaint channels published on this platform (Email: info@silkroad-chem.com). Upon receiving a notice that meets statutory requirements, the platform will complete the verification within 24 hours and take necessary measures, such as taking down or deleting confirmed non-compliant content, to fulfill the statutory obligations of an online service provider.

5. Except in circumstances where the law explicitly stipulates that the platform must bear responsibility, any disputes or losses arising from information published by third parties shall be borne by the information publisher or the responsible party. This platform shall not bear any direct or joint liability.
