China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. served as the EPC general contractor for the Ca Mau Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800,000 tons of urea. The project was bid in 2008 and completed and put into operation in 2012. Sinopec Guangzhou (Luoyang) Engineering Kuwait Azour Refinery 15 Units EPC Project
