View OriginalFor high-emission industrial flue gases from power, steel, cement, petrochemical, and other sectors, we provide a complete chemical absorption CO₂ capture process package with fully independent intellectual property rights. The process package is centered on a self-developed blended amine absorbent, complemented by an optimized absorption-regeneration tower system, a flash-distillation heat integration network, and a tail gas treatment unit, enabling stable operation across a flue gas CO₂ concentration range of 6%–14%.
In terms of technical indicators, the CO₂ capture rate exceeds 90%, the product CO₂ purity is greater than 99%, and the absorbent regeneration heat consumption is as low as 2.4 GJ/t CO₂, reaching an internationally leading level. In national-level demonstration projects, the operating cost has been reduced to 209 RMB/t CO₂, and the comprehensive capture cost to 289 RMB/t CO₂, representing reductions of approximately 30% and 32% respectively compared to industry benchmark solutions, while the engineering investment can be simultaneously reduced by about 20%.
We have achieved a full-scale gradient track record covering capacities of kiloton, ten-thousand-ton, 150,000 tons/year, 200,000 tons/year, and 500,000 tons/year, spanning multiple emission sources such as coal-fired power plants, gas-fired power plants, cement kilns, iron and steel sintering, non-ferrous smelting, and biomass boilers. Among them, the 500,000 tons/year scale is the largest operational CCUS project in China, with a stable supply of absorbent; the 200,000 tons/year process package was commissioned in 2024.
The process package delivery includes: basic process design (PDP), material/energy balance, process specifications for key equipment, control schemes and interlock logic, operation manual, performance guarantee conditions, and commissioning and start-up support. It can be tailored to the owner's requirements for special conditions such as high-humidity low-CO₂ flue gas from power plants, high-SOₓ flue gas from cement kilns, and petrochemical furnace gas. Two cooperation modes are supported: independent licensing of the process package, and joint execution with overseas engineering companies.
