Angang Steel Cold Rolled Steel Sheet(Putian)Co.,LtdAnsteel Cold-Rolled Steel Sheet (Putian) Co., Ltd., located in the Hushi Industrial Park, Xiuyu District, Putian City, Fujian Province, is a national-level high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and services of high-end cold-rolled metal materials. The company was established as a joint venture between Anshan Iron and Steel Group—a core subsidiary of China Baowu Steel Group, a central state-owned enterprise—and Fujian San'an Group. With a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan, the company completed the construction of its Phase I and Phase II projects by March 2026 and has now reached full production capacity of 2 million tons per year, placing it in a stage of scaled and stable development. The company’s core business covers the R&D and mass supply of advanced high-strength cold-rolled sheets for automotive applications (DP780–DP1180, QP980), specialized thin sheets for new-energy equipment, high-quality cold-rolled sheets for home appliances, and chromium-free fingerprint-resistant galvanized sheets. Its products have thicknesses ranging from 0.18 to 2.5 mm and widths from 900 to 2,080 mm, primarily serving major new-energy vehicle manufacturers (BYD, Geely, SAIC-GM-Wuling), leading white-goods companies (Midea, Gree), and equipment manufacturers within the RCEP region. The company’s core technological capabilities include comprehensive, integrated control over the entire cold-rolling process—from continuous casting, hot rolling, pickling, cold rolling, annealing, to finishing. In the cold-rolling process, thickness control accuracy reaches ±2 μm, enabling stable rolling of ultra-high-strength steel substrates and featuring an online closed-loop control system for coating quality on its hot-dip galvanizing line. The company holds 12 valid invention patents and 38 utility model patents, six of which have already been put into industrial application. Its surface roughness Ra is ≤0.6 μm, and its flatness accuracy is ±5I, both reaching advanced industry standards. The company has obtained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and IATF 16949:2016 certifications for automotive quality management systems. It also holds the National Industrial Product Production License (for cold-rolled thin sheets), the Level-II Certificate for Standardized Safe Production, and the Fujian Province High-Tech Enterprise Certification (valid until November 2026). Notable achievements include becoming a key supplier of cold-rolled substrates for BYD’s “Blade Battery” structural components in 2022, delivering over 450,000 tons of high-strength steel for new-energy vehicles in 2024, and participating in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Research Project on Domestic Substitution of High-End Cold-Rolled Automotive Sheets.” Leveraging China Baowu’s global supply chain network, in 2024 the company exported 127,000 tons of cold-rolled substrates to Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia—all of which passed SGS testing and comply with ASTM A1033/A1033M-22 standards. Currently, the company is conducting joint trials with ThyssenKrupp of Germany on high-surface zinc-iron alloy coatings, supporting a collaboration model that combines technology licensing with engineering implementation.
