Independently developed core technologies include: salt-alkali-calcium joint production process—injecting soda manufacturing waste liquid and residue into underground salt caverns for salt dissolution, desulfurization, and solid filling, which is a world first; horizontal belt vacuum filtration and energy-saving technology for soda ash—recognized by authoritative evaluation as reaching international advanced level and included in the National Key Energy-Saving and Low-Carbon Technology Promotion Catalog; as well as key technologies such as shift gas soda making, pressurized carbonation, solid-phase hydration重型碱, fluidized bed drying, self-returning alkali steam calciner, secondary jet ammonia absorption, and whole-system mother liquor balance interlock control. The team has obtained 7 invention patents and utility model patents, along with 9 industry-recognized proprietary technologies. Past performance encompasses 60 large-scale soda ash projects (based on complete project list statistics), with capacities ranging from 80,000 tons/year to 1,200,000 tons/year, including 3 overseas projects in Iran (20,000 tons/year, 20,000 tons/year, and 80,000 tons/year renovation respectively). Engineering design achievements have repeatedly won national and provincial-level Outstanding Engineering Design Awards (with total awards exceeding 40).
