Dalian Pace Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), established in March 2002, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shuifa Pace Gas Co., Ltd. (603318.SH), a first-level subsidiary of Shuifa Group, a provincial state-owned enterprise in Shandong Province. The registered capital is 10 million yuan, with total assets of 530 million yuan. The Company primarily engages in the manufacturing of products related to gas transmission and gas application fields, providing pressure regulation systems for natural gas transmission and pretreatment systems for natural gas power generation. The products are mainly used in large-scale gas-fired power plants. The Company integrates technical solution formulation, system engineering design, equipment selection, on-site installation guidance, equipment commissioning, and operator training, providing global customers with comprehensive equipment for gas transmission and gas applications, as well as full-process solutions covering product design, production, sales, and services. The products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. The Company currently has two manufacturing bases, covering an area of approximately 68,000 square meters with a built-up area of about 50,000 square meters. The Company has 12 functional departments with 247 employees. Among them, technical R&D personnel account for 30%, with professional and technical personnel holding college degrees or above accounting for 97%, and personnel with intermediate or senior technical titles accounting for 26%. Based on these design schemes, required raw materials are procured, processed and manufactured according to production process requirements, various equipment is assembled according to the production process flow, and after inspection, examination, and testing, the products are sold to customers. The key focus lies in the product system integration design stage, which requires the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary knowledge to integrate the product operating conditions, gas quality parameters, input/output parameter requirements, gas turbine host specifications, and customer technical standards, in order to carry out system integration, equipment selection, process design, and other technical work, which is highly professional. Currently, the Company holds a leading position in the domestic gas supply system market for gas-fired power generation and has made significant contributions to the localization of key equipment in the gas power generation field. It is the only company in China's same industry to simultaneously provide professional gas equipment and services to Fortune 500 companies including GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Alstom, and Samsung. It is also the only domestic company capable of fully supplying fuel supply systems for 350MW gas turbine units. Xin Neng Air Products (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. Chaoyang Branch is a branch established by Xin Neng Air Products (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., specializing in industrial gas system solutions and core equipment services, positioned as a professional supplier delivering on-site gas generation, centralized gas supply, and integrated gas application services to industries—including metallurgy, chemical, and food processing—in Northeast China. The company’s core business encompasses research, development, manufacturing, sales, installation, maintenance, and technical consultation for air separation equipment, gas purification equipment, pressure vessels, and low-temperature liquid storage and transportation equipment; it also engages in the production, filling, and sale of industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and argon (operating under valid licenses), and undertakes related engineering procurement and construction (EPC) projects and system integration projects. Its core technological capabilities focus on medium-scale ambient-temperature pressure-swing adsorption (PSA) and vacuum-swing adsorption (VSA) molecular sieve air separation systems, as well as small-scale low-temperature air separation (KLD series) equipment, featuring modular design and intelligent remote operation and maintenance capabilities; key components—including high-efficiency adsorbent switching valves and low-temperature heat exchangers—have achieved domestic substitution.
