In terms of qualifications, the hospital has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification (Certificate No. 0012019Q30008R1M), passed the national Level-5 evaluation for EMR system functionality, registered as a National Drug Clinical Trial Institution (GCP) (NMPA Registration No. 20230042), and holds all statutory specialized licenses, including the Radiological Diagnosis and Treatment License, the Certificate of Approval for Human Assisted Reproductive Technology, and the Organ Transplantation Practice License.  

Notable achievements include leading the development of the “Northeast China Regional Consensus on Collaborative Management of Acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (2023 Edition)”; establishing a chest pain emergency network covering Dalian and six other cities—Yingkou, Dandong, etc.—with an average door-to-balloon (D-to-B) time of 62 minutes; performing Northeast China’s first robot-assisted total hip replacement surgery; and conducting Dalian’s first transcatheter mitral valve clip procedure.  

Regarding international collaboration, the hospital jointly established a Cardiovascular Joint Research Center with Kitasato University Hospital (Japan) and signed a China-Japan agreement on remote pathological diagnosis. In 2024, it was approved by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the “Belt and Road Initiative” International Cooperation Program, exporting TCM rehabilitation technology standards to Russia and Kazakhstan.
