Leveraging local raw material resources and market demand in India, we aim to build a standardized sodium bicarbonate production facility, primarily producing industrial-grade and food-grade sodium bicarbonate to meet supply demands in local food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, environmental protection, and other sectors. This will fill the product supply gap in the region, promote the upgrading of the local chemical industry, deepen practical cooperation between China and India in the chemical sector, and support high-quality local economic development.
The core service requirements for this project revolve around the entire process of the 66,000-ton/year sodium bicarbonate production. We will determine the cooperative partner through bidding, requiring them to provide integrated supporting services. The core service content is as follows: Provide core technology and related usage rights suitable for 66,000-ton/year sodium bicarbonate production, optimize process solutions such as carbonation, drying, and forming based on local raw material supply characteristics, prioritize mature energy-saving and environmentally friendly processes to ensure efficient and energy-saving production, with product quality meeting international and local Indian standards; Complete project basic design and detailed design, strictly adhering to local Indian chemical industry regulations, environmental safety laws, and domestic sodium bicarbonate production standards, and deliver design documents that meet construction requirements, focusing on the layout of production workshops, process pipelines, inspection and testing facilities, environmental protection facilities, raw material storage facilities, etc., to ensure smooth project implementation; Assist us in completing the selection and procurement of core production equipment required for the project, focusing on carbonation towers, reaction tanks, dryers, packaging machines, and inspection and testing equipment, ensuring that equipment performance aligns with the 66,000-ton/year production capacity requirements, seamlessly integrates with the production process, balances practicality and economy, prioritizes equipment suitable for local operating conditions and easy maintenance, and guarantees smooth project progress and on-schedule commissioning.

We are the project owner preparing to construct a 200,000 tons/year soda ash and 25,000 tons/year sodium bicarbonate project. Leveraging local raw material resources and geographical advantages in Pakistan, we will build a joint production facility for soda ash and sodium bicarbonate. This project will meet the market demand for soda ash and sodium bicarbonate in local industries such as chemicals, building materials, and food processing, fill the supply gap in the region, promote the upgrade of the local chemical industry, deepen pragmatic cooperation in the chemical sector between China and Pakistan, and contribute to high-quality economic development. The project will adopt a mature and efficient joint production process, balancing energy conservation, environmental protection, and economic viability. Referencing investment and construction standards of similar domestic projects, we will reasonably control project costs and construction cycles to create a large-scale, standardized, and modern chemical production base.
The core service requirements for this project revolve around the full process of technology, design, and procurement for the joint production facility. We will determine the cooperating unit through tendering, requiring them to provide integrated supporting services. The core service contents are as follows: Provide core technology and relevant usage rights adapted for the joint production of 200,000 tons of soda ash and 25,000 tons of sodium bicarbonate; optimize the process scheme based on the actual project conditions; and resolve key issues such as material connection and energy consumption control in the coordinated production of the two products to ensure an efficient and compliant production process. Complete the basic design and detailed design of the project, strictly adhering to local chemical industry regulations, environmental and safety standards in Pakistan, and our requirements, and issue design documents meeting construction needs, with a focus on the design of core facilities such as soda ash calcination, carbonation, sodium bicarbonate synthesis, and drying, ensuring smooth implementation of construction. Assist us in completing the selection and procurement of core production equipment required for the project, covering key equipment such as ammonia stripping towers, carbonation towers, and dryers, along with supporting instrumentation. Ensure that the equipment performance aligns with the project's capacity requirements, seamlessly adapts to the production process, and guarantees the smooth advancement and on-time commissioning of the project.
