Referencing standards from similar domestic soda ash plants and India's SPIC soda ash plant, the procurement equipment is of large-capacity type, with a single unit monthly output of 10,000–15,000 tons. Contact parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, equipped with basic automated control functions, and compatible with existing production lines. The equipment must comply with chemical industry standards and local Indian compliance standards, with a particle degradation rate ≤5% and core components meeting standards. Suppliers must provide comprehensive after-sales service to ensure stable equipment operation and support efficient production at the soda ash plant.

The work scope covers removing all pipelines from the complete machine and disassembling it down to individual parts, cleaning parts, dimensional tolerance inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and issuing a GTD defect list to confirm scrapping criteria with the customer; sequentially processing each stage of the gas generator supports, compressor stationary and rotating parts, combustion chamber, and turbine rotor, replacing damaged blades, seals, fuel injectors, thermocouples and other components, repairing coatings and sealing surfaces, and performing component runout control and dynamic balancing. Phase 2 carries out repair work on the turbine stator, power turbine rotor, and power turbine stator, repairing various sealing clearances, nozzles, blade coatings, replacing damaged components, correcting dynamic balance, and completing all turbine stationary and rotor component repairs. Phase 3 performs engine final assembly, mandatorily replacing all original bearings of the drive box; preparing overhaul execution documents and completion reports and communicating with the customer; completing equipment insulation, nameplate, wiring, and overall protective packaging, and transporting the gas turbine engine to the customer's plant using an air-suspension special vehicle. Phase 4 covers the on-site acceptance testing stage. Within 72 hours after the equipment arrives at the customer site, the complete-machine acceptance test run shall be conducted. The test plan is prepared by the contractor and confirmed by the customer; the repaired gas turbine replaces the original unit and undergoes a continuous 72-hour trial operation. The total duration of all procedures for complete machine replacement, repair, and testing shall not exceed 14 calendar days. After the test, a complete set of execution documents shall be submitted.
